At Southbay Falcons, our athletics program focuses on developing young athletes with proper form, strong discipline, and a supportive team environment. From sprints to shot put, long jump to relays — we help every athlete find their stride.

What We Offer

  • Programs for ages 8 to 17

  • Track disciplines: sprints, middle distance, relays

  • Field disciplines: long jump, shot put, discus

  • Weekly skill development and fitness sessions

Leadership

Leon Matenga – Head of Track & Field

Leon brings calm confidence and a technical eye to our athletics program. With a background in coaching youth athletes, he’s passionate about building foundational skills and fostering personal bests — on and off the track.

Training Schedule

All track & field sessions are held at Southbay Sports Reserve, using our dedicated grass track and field training zone.
