4. Payments & Refunds
- Any registration fees or merchandise purchases are payable via the methods provided on the site.
- Refunds (if applicable) are issued at the discretion of the club committee in line with seasonal cut-off dates.
5. Photography & Media
- By attending or participating in club events, you consent to the use of images or video of you or your child for promotional or reporting purposes (e.g. social media, newsletters, website).
